PriceCraft is an extension of Oneforce Consulting, focused exclusively on pricing.
We started PriceCraft because pricing is one of the fastest ways to improve results in a B2B company — and also one of the most expensive things to buy in the traditional way. By building our own tooling for the repetitive parts, we can spend the time where it makes a difference.
PriceCraft is an extension of Oneforce Consulting, which since 2010 has worked on growth, pricing and commercial performance for industrial, technology and private equity clients. Pricing projects have their own front door because they have their own method, tooling and delivery model.

Rickard Alfredeen
Founding Partner
Rickard works with private equity, industrial and technology clients on growth strategies, pricing, and sales & marketing. He has worked with more than fifty companies, from small organisations to the global top 50, with prior consulting experience at firms such as Bain & Company and Booz & Company. His early career includes tenures at Ericsson in marketing and sales. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and an M.Sc. in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University.
Oscar Hermansson
Partner
Oscar joined the consulting practice in 2016 to work with clients on growth strategies, performance improvement and deal support. During his career with Bain & Company and listed private equity firm Ratos, he has worked with more than thirty companies, from midsize organisations to members of the global top 10, and has served as a board member of several private and public companies. He holds an M.Sc. in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.
